Hiking Table Mountain’s Many Incredible Trails 

Table Mountain is one of the most iconic landmarks in Cape Town and offers a range of hiking options for any level. The easiest route is Platteklip Gorge which begins from the upper cable car station and takes approximately two hours round trip. For more experienced hikers, Skeleton Gorge starts from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens and takes four hours round trip while Kasteelspoort starts at the Twelve Apostles Hotel and takes five hours round trip. No matter which route you choose, you’ll be rewarded with stunning views of Camps Bay, Lion’s Head, Devil’s Peak and Table Bay Harbour.
