TIMINGS
Departure of the tour will be between 08:00 and 09:00 on the first day.
Same day departure flights from Windhoek should only be booked after 19:00.

VERY IMPORTANT:
**We recommend that you always reconfirm with the supplier the approx. departure and arrival times before confirming flights.
**All tours are subject to having a minimum number of participants to go ahead. When a tour cannot proceed a full refund will apply.
**Pre / Post tour accommodation is recommended.
**All the other tours departures from Windhoek Town are between 08h00 & 09h30.
***No flights should be booked before 19h00 the last day out of Windhoek, the reason for this is allow clients enough time to reach the airport with the acceptable 3 hours prior to departure.
****Please note that some destination takes a minimum of 5 - 8 hours to drive back to Windhoek Town on the Namibia road conditions.
