COVID-19 Reassurance

As the COVID-19 pandemic spreads globally, we have not been spared, and in these unprecedented and challenging times, it is important to take care of yourselves and your loved ones.

We have taken the necessary steps to ensure that we remain fully operational, without compromising the health of our clients, our staff and their families and the community at large.  Adaptions have been made to ensure our Call Centre nationwide runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible by connecting our Travel Specialists from their homes.

We are working very closely with our Suppliers to ensure that we keep our clients informed with the most up to date travel restrictions and the ever-changing postponement policies. This remains fluid as it changes daily due to country and airline restrictions constantly changing.

Our clients’ safety is our number one priority, we commit to giving fact-driven travel advice so that both you and your customer are well informed.  For those who are feeling uncertain about what to do about booked travel plans, we encourage clients not to cancel, but rather to postpone as this too shall pass.

Our business is centred around YOU and we are deeply grateful for your loyalty and passion to our company and  employees.  We are carrying on as “business unusual “whilst monitoring  situations very closely. We are here to support YOU. We are all in this together and we have no doubt that we will all emerge stronger from this.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us – we are here for YOU!
